Ferienhaus für 6 Gäste mit 200m² in Son Serra de Marina (120532) (Keller)

Son Serra Marina sea view townhouse only at 100 meters to the sea. This lovely bright sea view house is located in Son Serra de Marina with crystal clear water and natural sandy beach. It is a short drive to Can Picafort and Muro’s beaches.

Perfect family house for 6 people with amazing panoramic sea and mountain views of the bay of Alcudia, from the lounge and sun terrace

Decorated with a modern coastal style to reflect the colours of the sea and surrounding nature.

It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge on the second floor to maximise the great views from the large windows, you can sit on the sofa and watch the sailing yachts on the sea.

On the ground floor are three bedrooms, the master with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second has a double bed and the third two single beds. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with walk in shower. There is a separate toilet next to the lounge. On the ground level terraces there is ample storage for bicycles (2 of which are provided for your use), wind and kite surfing equipment, or surf or paddleboards.

The house has a beautiful sun terrace with fantastic views, here you can enjoy dining, and relaxing, there are sun beds, sofas, dining table and chairs, gas BBQ grill and also an outside shower for cooling down on those hot summer days.

Amenities and facilities:
The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and juicer .Washing machine is located on the lower floor. Wifi internet, smart TV and satellite with some international channels (German, English, French).

Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Mallorca, there are no big hotels because it is a protected area. The long sandy beach is natural with lovely clear water for swimming. Depending on the weather, it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing.

All facilities are within walking distance, the house is very central with the advantage of being near the beach and promenade next to the sea. There are some great restaurants and bars, just 500 metres walk from the house, also the supermarket and pharmacy.

Many beaches and Calas are close by like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada.

From Palma de Mallorca airport, it's around 50-60 minutes drive by car.

Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 50 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.

Through small daily gestures and changes in our daily habits, we can contribute to a significant change in the ways of a more sustainable and respectful consumption with our planet, just by regulating the temperature of air conditioners approximately heat at 21ºC and and cooling at 23ºC, and by ventilating the house well in the summer mornings.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

Prices for this property are in Euros.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.

Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request.
