This fully renovated semi-detached house provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. Upon entering the property, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities necessary for preparing your meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, and more. The open-space dining and living area features a comfortable dining table with chairs, creating an inviting atmosphere for enjoying meals with your family or friends. The living area comprises a sofa, two armchairs, and a television. Through the living room, you have access to a marvellous outdoor space with two outdoor sofas, a barbecue, and a dining table. The two bedrooms, with two single beds each, are also equipped with wardrobes and each has a bathroom with a shower. Ascending the stairs, you'll be delighted to discover a terrace for enjoying the wonderful Algarve sun, as well as an additional dining table for meals with your loved ones. Complementing this fantastic Townhouse is the shared pool area, providing a wonderful environment with two pools (one for adults and another for children), surrounded by lawns, sun loungers, and a playground. Book your holiday rental now for an unforgettable getaway with family and friends. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only EURO 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
