Located at the fantastic Praia do Vau, we find the Corfu Apartment. Fully renovated and situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has 2 bedrooms (accommodating 4+2 people) and is part of a gated complex that offers a large communal pool, sun loungers, and well-maintained gardens. As mentioned, the apartment features 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, one of which also has a balcony. The apartment also includes a multifunctional open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortably furnished living room, a TV, and a balcony perfect for al fresco dining, enjoying a relaxing drink at sunset, or even breakfast. The kitchen provides all the modern appliances you might need during your stay, including a coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and a breakfast counter with stools for meals or snacks. Free Wi-Fi is included, and air conditioning is available. This apartment benefits from its proximity to everything you might need for a relaxing holiday, such as beaches and restaurants. Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: EURO 200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Prices for up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
