Villa Quinta do Mocho is a charming holiday home located in a peaceful countryside setting in Alcaria, about a 20-minute drive from beautiful golden beaches. This lovely country villa has free Wi-Fi, a private swimming pool and stunning views over nearby fields - the perfect spot for those who wish to unwind away from crowded tourist centers. The property is all located on a single level, with 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 with a bunkbed) and 2 bathrooms. The living room allows for comfortable relaxation providing 2 sofas and a TV, DVD Player and sound system for entertainment. Large terrace doors lead directly out from the living room to the stunning patio and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator/freezer, dishes and utensils, with the addition of a traditional brick BBQ and wood oven available just outside. A spacious dining room is located next to the kitchen where you can enjoy family meals at the large table with wonderful views to the outdoors. Laundry amenities including a washing machine and an iron are also available at the property. Outside the villa provides a tranquil oasis of beautiful gardens with several areas to sit and relax with a drink and a good book. The wonderful swimming pool is located at the back of the property receiving sun throughout the day, which you can soak up on the sun beds provided. The property is completely walled and fenced, with parking facilities for several cars. This traditional villa provides both the tranquility of the countryside and proximity to the charming village of Paderne (3km away), where you’ll find amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old Town along Pescadores beach and the Strip, quality restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 20 min. drive (14 km). Car Hire is recommended and if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season. Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 7 people. The 8th and 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
