Townhouse Cancun Located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, Townhouse Cancun is a fantastic and modern property. This charming Townhouse, close to all amenities, has free WIFI and 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6+2 guests. Upon entering the property, you will find a spacious open space dining and living area with a modern kitchen. The elegant living/dining room has a table with chairs so you can sit comfortably with your group and enjoy your meals, and a sofa and television so you can watch your favorite shows. In the kitchen, you will find all the equipment and utensils you may need, such as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer. The washing machine is located in the garage of the property. On this floor, you can also find a WC. On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and en-suite, with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms, of this modern townhouse, are furnished, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed). All rooms have a wardrobe and bedside tables. On this same floor, there is a bathroom. On the top floor, the wonderful terrace with sea views will allow you to enjoy memorable moments with your family and friends. The fantastic lounge area, fully furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs, will allow you to comfortably enjoy the Algarve sun. The two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, belong to the common area of the condominium. The property has 2 private parking spaces in the garage. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) •The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 175 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. • For the 7th and 8th persons an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
