Villa Galapagos Villa Galapagos is a charming 3-bedroom villa, sleeping 6 adults + 2 extra guests and affording a prime location in the village of Ferreiras and has its own private swimming pool (pool heating an optional extra). With beautiful beaches like Galé located within a short drive, this is the perfect property for your family holiday in the Algarve. This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. The villa is located in a beautiful residential estate, a short, few minutes walk from the centre of the town of Ferreiras, with several restaurants, banks and bakeries. The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, São Lourenço or São Rafael. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. • The 7th to 8th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed (only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
