Villa Zanzibar is a beautiful 6-bedroom villa with a private heatable swimming pool, set in a rural area overlooking the magnificent countryside and about a 5 minute drive from Olhos D'Agua, Albufeira. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, this wonderful property has all the amenities needed for a great holiday. The first floor has 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower) and 1 bedroom with three single beds, plus a separate bathroom with a shower. A spacious living room with a TV invites you to relax or wander onto the balcony and take in the wonderful views of the countryside. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed set and a single bed. On this level there is also a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen that has all the appliances and utensils that you may need during your stay, with a modern dining room and a pool table for additional entertainment. This space has direct access to the outdoor area where you can enjoy sunbathing and delicious dives in the swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), play table tennis and table football, while taking in the tranquil garden setting. Comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to lounge under the fig trees (from which you can pick the fruits!) and a traditional Algarve barbeque allows for summer grilling with friends and family. This fantastic and spacious villa is ideal for those who seek a tranquil holiday, away from the busy tourist centres but just a short drive from all facilities, and from the beautiful sandy beaches on the coast. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). Groups not allowed. Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 14 people. From the 15th to the 18th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only EURO 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
