Villa Benagil Boutique is an extraordinary 8-bedroom villa with stunning views and just 950m from one of the most famous beaches in the Algarve. Located in the idyllic town of Benagil, and with capacity to accommodate 16 + 10 people, Villa Benagil Boutique will certainly provide the luxurious and relaxing atmosphere you need for your holiday in the Algarve. The property has 8 double bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, as well as an additional guest W.C. The charming fully furnished living room has a TV with national and international channels and free Wifi, with several sliding doors that lead to the outside space, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors and the excellent pool with family and / or friends. There are also several living areas with sofas and chairs to relax at different points of the house, as well as a large balcony and terrace with views over the sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need to feel at home: a kitchen island with seats, ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Outside you will find the large private swimming pool (heated at an additional cost), jacuzzi (optional extra) with plenty of sun loungers to relax in the sun while breathing in the sea breeze. The pleasant dining area with a traditional brick built barbecue, tables and several seats will make your meals around the pool even more enjoyable. The property is a short drive from quality supermarkets, restaurants and bars, as well as Vale do Milho Golf Course. The beautiful beaches of Benagil, Praia do Carvalho and Carvoeiro, just to name a few, are located within walking distance or by car. The famous Benagil Beach with its Algar (Benagil Cave) that you can visit via a coastal walk, a boat trip or a kayak, is one of the most sought after natural attractions in the Algarve. Parking for several vehicles is available at the property. Car hire is recommended if you wish to explore the Algarve. If you want to rent a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season. Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 300 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 16 people. The 17th to 26th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: EURO 1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: EURO 2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
