Apartment Santorini is a modern, refurbished holiday apartment (sleeping 2 + 2). This 1-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and has a communal swimming pool as well as a small swimming pool for children. The apartment can be accessed by stairs/ lift. The living, dining room and kitchen are open plan and bright with patio doors, satellite TV, a comfortable sofa and dining table. The patio doors lead onto a balcony with a table and two chairs perfect for al fresco dining or early morning coffee. The kitchen is equipped with many appliances that you may require during the course of your stay, such as, coffee machine, grill microwave, electric hob, iron and ironing board. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub. This holiday home is located in the famous fishing village of Alvor. This apartment benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: sandy beaches (approx. 1km from the apartment) also well known for having a wonderful boardwalk along the beach, shops, bars and restaurants within close walking distance. The nearest golf course is Alto Golf only 3.5km from the apartment. Alvor is an ideal base to spend a relaxing holiday and although is it a small village, it has an abundance of good restaurants and a lively night life scene. Free Wi-Fi is included. Car hire is not recomended, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to rent a car we can help you book upon request. Other transport options are the local bus, with several routes around the city, or the local taxis, which are always available and affordable (for which contact will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however, this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 2 people The 3rd to the 4th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only EURO 77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: EURO 1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: EURO 2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
