Villa San Marino is a wonderfully, bright and spacious, single storey 4-bedroom villa with a private, heatable infinity swimming pool, plus marvellous gardens and a rooftop terrace, all well equipped for dining and unwinding outdoors. This stunning villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. The 4 bedrooms all have double beds and en-suite bathrooms (3 with walk in showers and 1 with a bathtub and overhead shower). There is also an extra guest W.C. The kitchen and living area is open plan and extremely spacious, with a formal dining area which can be accessed through a sliding door and looks onto the games room with a pool table and ping-pong table just outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small breakfast bar, as well as a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, two sinks, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and utensils. There is also a separate laundry room where the washing machine and ironing facilities can be found. Villa San Marino has a superb, infinity swimming pool (with pool heating as an optional extra) and plenty of sunbeds for lounging in the summer sun. There are two outdoor dining areas, one which is under cover next to the outdoor kitchen, and one in the garden beside the pool. The outdoor areas can be accessed via patio doors from the kitchen, living room, games room and from two of the bedrooms. This wonderful holiday home is located in a rural area of beautiful Alvor, known for one of the longest golden sandy beaches of the Algarve (approx 3.5 km from the villa) and the protected marshlands of the Alvor Nature Reserve. The nearest golf course is Alto Golf, just 1.5 km from the villa. Alvor is a traditional Portuguese village based on the banks of the Alvor Estuary and is an ideal base to spend a relaxing holiday. Although it is quite a small village, it has an abundance of good restaurants and a lively night life scene. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 400 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. • From the 9th to the 10th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only EURO 77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: EURO 1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: EURO 2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
