Villa Alte Springs is a stunning contemporary 4-bedroom villa that boasts a private and unique infinity swimming pool overlooking the magnificent Barlavento Hills. With breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside, the villa is located very close to Alte, one of the most traditional villages in Portugal. This magnificent property has all the amenities needed to ensure a great holiday such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, as well as 4 bedrooms (all en-suite) and 5 bathrooms. A double and a twin bedroom are located on the lower floor while 2 double bedrooms are on the ground floor. On the ground floor you can also find an additional bathroom with a toilet and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils that you may need during your stay and a charming living /dining room with direct access to the inviting outdoor area where you can enjoy sunbathing and refreshing dives in the swimming pool, while admiring the stunning views of the surrounding area which will surely delight children and adults alike. The villa benefits from its own vast and private outdoor space with outdoor furniture, as well as fruit trees around the property including orange trees that you can pick from as you fancy. The traditional Algarvean barbecue offers the perfect area to enjoy delicious outdoor meals cooked between friends or family, and to relax from the heat of the Algarve sun. This fantastic and spacious villa is ideal for those who seek peace and quiet away from the busy tourist centres, while still being a short drive from all facilities. A little further, along the beautiful Algarve coast you will find golden sandy beaches such as Salgados, Galé, Lourenço or São Rafael, just to name a few. Villa Alte Springs is the perfect villa for a relaxing countryside retreat to the Algarve! Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th and the 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
