Villa Savannah is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa enjoying a prime location in the Golden Triangle area, just a few minutes’ drive to wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. With a large private swimming pool, beautiful garden and impressive traditional Algarve barbecue, this fantastic villa is ideal for couples or families looking to holiday in one of the most sought-after areas of the Algarve. The property includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all units. On the first floor of this wonderful villa you’ll find 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies with marvellous views of the surrounding areas. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all with sliding doors leading out into the garden, as well as 3 full bathrooms (two are en-suite to the double bedrooms). The spacious kitchen provides plenty of space and all the equipment necessary for preparing home cooked meals. The airy living /dining room has comfortable seating for the whole family and leads out onto the terrace with outdoor seating overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The idyllic outdoor area allows you to relax around the swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and enjoy al fresco BBQ meals on the terrace to the sound of the wonderful water feature. Villa Savannah is just a few minutes’ drive to a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, some of the best golf courses in the area and the beautiful beaches of Vale do Lobo and Praia do Ancão. Car hire is recommended / necessary, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum/multiples 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season. Groups not allowed. Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th to 13th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
