Villa Isa Joe is a charming 3-bedroom villa with an excellent location in the Vilas Alvas estate, just a short drive from the beautiful golden, sandy beaches of Ancão, Garrão, Quinta do Lago or Julia’s. Perfect for couples or families looking to stay in a quiet area near all amenities, the property is also a short drive from both Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. This beautiful 3-bedroom villa, sleeping up to 6+1 guests, provides free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom) and sunny balconies on the first floor, and 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor (1 with an en-suite bathroom), as well as an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, hob, oven, dishes & utensils, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and washing machine, and the spacious living / dining room with a TV, and stereo sound system allows for comfortable lounging. Outside the property is completely walled and fenced, with an automatic gate leading to the parking facilities for several cars and direct entrance to the villa. With a private swimming pool (pool heating can be added as an optional extra) at the front of the property, a beautiful well-kept garden and a traditional BBQ ideal for preparing al-fresco meals, villa Isa Joe has an ideal outdoor area for enjoying the warm Algarve sun with family and friends. Villa Isa Joe is just a few minutes’ drive to a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as to some of the best golf courses and beaches in the area. Car hire is recommended/necessary. If you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Groups not allowed. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. • The 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
