Villa Eagles Nest Villa Eagles Nest is a private villa positioned in one of the most prestigious areas of the Algarve, Cerro de Águia. This exquisite Villa features five bedrooms, a magnificent garden, free Wi-Fi and a private Swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra). Four of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including two en-suite bedrooms furnished with single beds, one bedroom furnished with a double bed and a fourth bedroom furnished with two single beds. A WC and a bathroom, compliments this floor. The comfortable and bright living room is furnished with sofas, chairs and a television, so you can relax and enjoy memorable times with family and friends. A fully furnished dining room, creates the perfect setting to enjoy your meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides an oven, coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary utensils and appliances, a pantry, additionally, compliments the kitchen. On the first floor of this incredible property, you will find the fifth bedroom with a closet, en-suite, furnished with a double bed. A games room, equipped with a snooker table plus a terrace with table and chairs, provides entertainment for all guests. The outdoor area is truly magnificent, with incredible gardens, a swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), sun loungers, dining table and chairs, this area offers a peaceful environment to enjoy meals with your friends and family while taking in the stunning views. Villa Eagles Nest is located close to amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses, ensuring convenience and accessibility for a delightful stay. Car hire is recommended for this property, and we can assist you with this, booking upon request. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th and 14th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only EURO 154 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
