The room features an indoor dining table and chairs for shared meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an electric hob, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi, washing machine and air conditioning are also provided for your convenience. Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 12 people. The 13rd to 22nd persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only EURO 154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 28 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
