Villa Hawaii is a wonderful 5-bedroom holiday home (sleeping 10 + 2 people), enjoying a prime location in Vale Pedras, Albufeira. With a large private swimming pool and a lovely spacious garden, villa Hawaii is within a short distance from the city center, making this villa an excellent choice for families and friends looking for a relaxing holiday in the Albufeira area. On the ground floor of this Villa there are 2 bedrooms, both with private bathroom with shower cabins, 1 of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. This floor also has a toilet service. The main living areas are also found on the ground floor, with a sizeable separate kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need during your holiday including an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a breakfast table, plus a laundry room with a washing machine and all your ironing facilities. From both the dining area with the large table and chairs, and the lounge area with the TV and comfortable sofas, you have direct access to the relaxing outdoors where you can enjoy sunbathing and refreshing dips in the private swimming pool, delighting both children and adults. This fantastic holiday home is ideal for entertaining friends and family with a traditional BBQ, outdoor table and chairs overlooking the pool and garden. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has its own private bathroom with a shower cabin, the other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds (one with its own private bathroom). There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub. Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air conditioning in four of the bedrooms and living room. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, within walking distance to several cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. The center of Albufeira is within a few minutes’ drive (about 20 minutes’ walk) where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. Several beautiful beaches in the area are also within a few minutes’ drive, as well as activities such as golf, water parks and nature walks. Car Hire is recommended, which we can help you book upon request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th and 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only EURO 154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week).
