Villa Coral Bay Villa Coral bay is a wonderful holiday home, sleeping 8+2 people and located in a quiet urbanization in Albufeira within walking distance of all amenities. With a large private swimming pool and a spacious garden, villa Coral Bay is an excellent choice for families looking to enjoy a holiday in Albufeira. The property has 4 bedrooms. On the first floor is a double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each. All 3 bedrooms have their own private bathroom and access to a shared balcony. The 4th bedroom and en-suite bathroom are on the ground floor, furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobe, and with direct access to the pool and garden area. Also on the ground floor is an independent kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need during your holiday including an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, plus a laundry room with all the ironing facilities. From both the dining area with a large table and 14 chairs, and the lounge area with a TV and comfortable sofas, you have direct access to the relaxing outdoors where you can enjoy sunbathing and refreshing dips in the swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), delighting both children and adults. An exterior dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco summer dining with family and friends. A games area for additional entertainment is available on the lower floor with snooker, table soccer, darts and ping-pong. With its exceptional location in Albufeira, you’ll have many amenities within a short distance of the villa including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful sandy beaches are within a short drive (Praia da Oura is the closest at 2.5 km from the Villa), and for golf-lovers the closest golf course is only a 5-minute drive away. Car hire is advisable - should you wish to hire a car we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation are the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of EURO 150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
