Ipanema 2 is a superb and tastefully furnished 2-bedroom apartment, located in the beautiful complex of “Quinta Pedra dos Bicos”. The location of Ipanema 2 is without a doubt one of its best attributes, as it benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing family holiday. Sleeping 4 + 1 people and including free wi-fi, this wonderful apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, and a bathroom, fitted with a bath and overhead shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and the bright and spacious living / dining room includes comfortable furniture. There are also several sunny balconies with outdoor seating to enjoy a meal or a drink in the sun. In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building. The property is very well located, as it’s in the Santa Eulália area, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip. Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: EURO 150 per person (payment by credit/debit card. A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Prices for up to 4 people. The 5th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
