Villa Manihi is an outstanding 6-bedroom villa, that comes well equipped in order to provide a dream holiday. Located in the charming area of São Rafael, this villa enjoys a close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, as well as some of the most prestigious restaurants in the Algarve. Villa Manihi has 6 bedrooms: 1 suite with 2 single beds and a private bathroom is located in the house loft and 2 bedrooms with double beds are located on the first floor (both with a balcony - one overlooking the pool). On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with two beds (one of them being a pull-out bed) and another bedroom with a double bed and balcony. The last bedroom is located in the lower floor and consists of two bunk beds, with a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need for home cooking. The living room is fully furnished to the highest standards of comfort, where you can enjoy your meals between family and friends in this inviting home away from home. There is also a games room for additional entertainment on long summer days, with a pool table, table football, table tennis and a card table, as well as a cinema room. In the outdoor area you will find a beautiful swimming pool which can be heated (for an additional cost), where you can relax in the sun, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden. You will also find an impressive Algarvian barbecue, perfect for outdoor grilling. This fantastic villa will undoubtedly be an excellent choice for your family holiday! The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 • Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 14 people. • The 15th to the 20th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
