Von der Villa aus haben Sie Blick auf den schönsten Sandstrand in Pula und den großen, sorgfältig gepflegten schönen Garten mit Palmen und einem schönen großen Pool. Sehr gute Restaurants sind überall, so wie Geschäfte, Bars, Pizzerien usw. Aber trotz allem bietet die Villa absolute Privatsphäre. Genießen Sie ihr Essen im Freien, von der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer aus. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses haben Sie einen privaten Parkplatz. Das Interieur ist stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es hat drei große Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer, einen modernen "open-space" Wohnbereich, der Ihnen einen direkten Blick auf Garten und Meer bietet. Die Villa ist komplett klimatisiert und hat SAT-TV. Ein Restaurant in der Nähe wird Ihnen gerne während Ihres Aufenthalts Gerichte in den Garten bringen, so dass Sie keine Sorgen haben müssen, falls Sie nicht gerne kochen.This villa is located in Pula (Istria-Croatia) on the sea in the most luxurious part of Pula called Valsabion (Pjescana uvala). In front of the villa are two beaches, one sandy and the other rocky.
The beaches are surrounded by islands that you can reach by swimming or renting a boat. Renting the bike you can visit the village surrounded by forest, again with sea views.
In the vicinity of 50m are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, food shop and Marina. We recommend the restaurant Valsabion for fine dining (walking distance).
The historic center of the city of Pula is 2 km away. The villa is surrounded by 1500m2 of waterfront garden.
Pula is the largest town on the Istrian peninsula and offers a diversity of attractions to lovers of culture. The rich itinerary of its three thousand year old history, where every step you take through the old town is a landmark, begins and ends with the Roman amphitheater.
A great tourist asset is surely 190 kilometres of indented coastline, crystal-clear sea and beaches to suit everyone’s needs: smooth and even stone surfaces or pebbles for all generations, especially families with children or “secluded” beaches hidden by untouched greenery for those who want a bit of privacy.
While strolling through Pula you will come across numerous monuments of Roman architecture: the Triumphal Arch of the Sergi from the 1st century B.C., Hercules’ Gate and Twin Gates, the Temple of Augustus, Arena and Small Roman Theatre in the town centre. A unique experience will be moments of relaxation in the main town square, which has managed to retain its role as the meeting place since the Augustan Age.
