Cozy, well-equipped apartment in a semi-detached house situated in West Himos, next to the golf course. The terrace boasts an illuminated hot tub, conveniently situated just steps away from the bathroom. The hot tub is available for an additional fee. The use of a portable hot tub or any other hot tub besides the villa's own hot tub is prohibited on the premises of this property.
You can park your car under a shelter if needed, and an electric car charging station is also available for an additional fee.
The wooden apartment (built in 2014) features an open-plan living room/kitchen. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, dining table, sofa, large flat-screen TV, and Chromecast connection. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two beds. There is also a bathroom with a WC, and a sauna (electric sauna stove). The sauna provides an excellent place to relax, with speakers installed under the benches for listening to music (connectable via Bluetooth to any playback devices with an amplifier in the bathroom).
On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with two beds. Additionally, there is a separate WC upstairs. All bedrooms have blinds, and the downstairs bedroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms also have blackout curtains.
The apartment is heated with geothermal energy. There is also comfortable, evenly distributed water-circulating underfloor heating controlled by room-specific thermostats. The apartment has mechanical ventilation, including a cooling function. For a small child, there is a travel cot, high chair, and toilet seat reducer.
The carport of the apartment has a charging point for electric and hybrid cars (single-phase, charging power: 2.3 kW, type 2 socket) and a car heating socket. Charging for electric cars is available for an additional fee.
The apartment also includes an outdoor storage room for storing firewood, suitcases, and skis. The spacious plot receives sunlight all day long. There is ample space for two cars in the yard.
The equipment includes a hairdryer, ironing set, DVD player in both upstairs and downstairs, Frisbee golf set, and separate waste bins for waste sorting.
