Welcome to a high-quality and spacious two-story apartment in the center of Levi! This charming alpine-style house was built in 2006 and is located right next to the Front slope, offering wonderful views directly from the living room’s window and balcony.
The ground floor of the apartment has cozy living room, practical kitchenette, relaxing sauna and washroom. In addition, you will find separate WC and balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. In two bedrooms are 2 beds and in one bedroom are 3 separate beds. One of the bedrooms has access to its own balcony. On the upper floor, there is also WC and shower, which make your morning routines much easier.
The house has a ski maintenance room and laundry room, which are shared with other residents. There is a lockable locker for ski storage in the basement.
The apartment has been renovated in spring 2024.
Your location in the center of Levi tourist center offers an excellent basis for winter sports and nature tourism. The proximity of the Front slope and the ski trail makes skiing and downhill skiing easy and comfortable. In addition, a short walk to the services of the center of Levi offers versatile opportunities for dining, shopping and entertainment. Please note that there is no numbered parking space for the apartment, but you can choose a free space from the parking area on the opposite side of the building.
